Broking Services provides full investment services in stocks, bonds, currencies, precious metals, commodities and derivatives to retail, corporate customers and financial intermediaries. As a leading full service broker dealer in Hong Kong, our investment services include advisory, execution, risk and portfolio management, custodianship, and margin financing.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Support Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

· Assist in daily operations of Sales Support Team according to internal operational guidelines
· Provide clerical support to Sales Management Office, Sales Support Team and inter-departments
· Coordinate and assist in preparing Management Information Reports and ensure reports for front office teams are accurately administered and submitted on time
· Assist to complete ad hoc projects requested by Sales Management Office and Sales Support Team
· Assist Sales Management Office to conduct analysis , review and monitor different types of clients and sales activities
· Provide support to sales force on customer services and daily operations, including
· Assist in account opening and settlement instructions
· Disseminate Sales related information/tasks to AEs for action and monitor their progress
· Customer due diligence and KYC process
· Conduct Customer Risk Profiling Questionnaire
· Handle customer complaint
· Manage customer hotline for enquiry and case follow up

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University graduate
·  Relevant industry experience
·  Preferably with SFC License RA1
·  General PC knowledge such as MS Office knowledge
·  Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Hong Kong is required.
