Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1%5CTo support Head of RBB in managing RBB business through close monitoring of key financials and projects delivery, and provide PA support to head of RBB.

2%5CConduct regular reporting and communication of the performance of RBB to HBCN/Regional/Global stakeholders.

3%5CProvide advice in RBB governance related framework and process, to ensure the efficiency in delivering key projects/meetings.

4%5CProvide reasonable advices, data and other support to RBB teams, through business reporting and planning.

5%5CCooperate, lobby and secure support from local/regional/global Stakeholders.

6%5CDeliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1%5CBachelor's degree or above.

2%5C3-5 years working experience in Banking, demonstrate solid experience and track-record relating to business performance management.

3%5CStrong analytical skills and use of analytical tools.

4%5CStrong communication and negotiation skills cross departments, and strong knowledge of PowerPoint communication tool.

5%5CExceptional coordination and initiative driving abilities.

6%5CWork effectively to deliver targets across diverse cultures.

7%5CFluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
