Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, contingency, geopolitical, operational, credit, pension, insurance, financial crime and regulatory compliance, market and reputation risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Resilience Risk Country Assessment, Education and Training Manager

Principal responsibilities​

· Delivering tailored and specific expertise including but not limited to, country assessments, and education and awareness campaigns
· Focused knowledge transfer on outcomes of assessment work Support delivery of country assessments and education covering all Resilience Risk types with key stakeholders and C Suite in countries where there is no Resilience Risk presence
· Support delivery of focused executive training, and education briefings focused on key resilience risks and tailored based on outputs from country assessments
· Support the team delivering the dynamic annual plan that reflects changing risks and business priorities
· The role will involve engagement with Resilience Risk stakeholders in the Global Businesses, Global Functions as in scope of the thematic reviews
· Direct engagement with Global Businesses, Global Functions and country stakeholders to deliver reviews training, and their outcomes

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements :

·  Experience in risk functions in global large organizations, preferably Information Security, Fraud and operational risk
·  Experience of being part of a team that manages a risk assurance or maturity framework
·  Experience of performing assurance/audit review processes
·  Process engineering experience Executive skills, working and communicating with stakeholders
·  Experience in dealing with complex matters by adopting a pragmatic approach Identifying core requirements from both a security and a business perspective
·  Translating them into simplified activities that address the problem
·  Transformation and change programmes experience
·  Experience in Information Security Risk management processes
·  Able to deliver change through people and maximize performance of the team
