Role Title : Project Management Officer

Business : RBWM Technology

Role Purpose / Description

- Support PM on IT budget and resource management

- Support Delivery Lead on general project management work including milestones setting, clarity maintenance, status tracking and reporting

- Support Delivery Lead in coordination with IT COO functions for headcount planning, hiring and onboarding, procurement and vendor management

- Coordinate with IT delivery PODs under Partnership Development projects for capability uplift, including training plan and assessment, key roles and succession plan review

- Coordinate with IT teams and FinTech vendors to arrange Prove Of Concept and Prototype demonstration to senior leaders and business

- Work with Scrum Masters under Partnership IT PODs to manage project information on sharepoint, and arrange sharing activities accordingly.

Qualifications :

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

-Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Finance or relevant disciplines

-Solid experience in supporting IT development projects

-Strong communication skill and good stakeholder management

-Fluent English speaking

-Experienced in using corporate management tools such as Microsoft Excel/PPT/Visio/Project, and Sharepoints.
