Pulse is looking for an Agile Coach help us launch a new business. We are seeking somebody, adventurous and passionate about delivering on our mission to help every small business succeed.

At Pulse, the role of Agile Coach is to foster a culture of delivery, empowerment and effective way of working for our whole team - enabling the incredible people we have, to do their best every day. You'll be confident working at all levels in the team, influencing our culture and approach and getting the right tools in place for everyone. You'll make our whole organisation the thing it becomes, right from your first day. Giving everyone the confidence or space to make their contribution, and spotting where we can help the team be better, happier and more valuable to our users.

You'll influence everything across the business at this early stage and be a key part of our success. Our strategy, culture and future direction are ready to be matured to the next step with your coaching from day one. We'll be looking for your best ideas and energy to make that happen.

We're backed by one of the largest banks in the world, but backed by doesn't mean controlled by.

We're building their first ever data business from scratch and challenging anything we need to change to make the business a success - you'll be leading and representing the way we do things, and why we do it that way. You won't need to know financial services, you'll be experienced in breaking down barriers, operating with an agile mindset and in turn further developing a self-sustaining and resilient agile culture within our team.

In this role, you will:

Foster a culture of delivery, empowerment and effective way of working for our whole team

·
Guide, motivate and coach the product team to deliver against objectives

·
Proactively identify bottlenecks, impediments and issues and guide agile teams to quickly remove areas of inefficiency

·
Coach and mentor on collaboration, iterative development, managing flow, limiting work in progress, agile mindset and framework practices in teams.

·
Coach and mentor individuals and teams to discover and implement improved ways of collaborating and developing into high-performing, self-organizing, agile teams

·
Effectively communicate to a variety of audiences and facilitating meetings

Desired profile



Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· 
Experience working with all levels of an organization in an agile environment

· 
Ability to build working relationships with a variety of stakeholders

· 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will also be comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences

· 
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in delivering against our mission

· 
Knowledge and use of industry accepted Software Development methodology

· 
Previous experience in an agile/ evangelist role

· 
Building and coaching teams

· 
A background in software is favoured (financial services experience not required)

The base location for this role is WeWork Waterloo, York Road, London.
