We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Effectively provide Accounts Payable (AP) operations support to the business departments from HBCN in Shanghai and IT functions under the entity of HSBC Technology and Service (China) Ltd.(HTSC);

-Assist Procurement Operations Manager to closely monitor AP operations performance by following up global aligned KMs and KPIs, which maintly cover vendor invoice payment, staff reimbursement, accruals and fixed assets etc.;

-Play as AP SME of HTSC in terms of the end to end process from AP to Finance accounting and local tax operations;

-Support Procurement Operations Manager of global procurement functional wide transformation projects and initiatives local roll out in HTSC;

-Support the regular review of HTSC AP related operation guidelines and stakeholders communication and training regarding the new functional process local implementation;

-Responsible for HBCN daily e-voucher management and vendor invoice record management;

-Back up to other AP daily operations;

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above, preferential to finance/accounting related field

-At least 2 years relevant experience in finance operations (i.e. AP/AR with Oracle experience is preferred)

-Strong capability that can independently work under pressure

-Strong sense of responsibility with good working attitude

-Strong capabiltiy of logistical thinking and communication skill

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Fluent in written and spoken English
