Junior Relationship Manager (known as Premier Direct Associate internally)

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Premier Direct Associate.

The role of the Premier Direct Associate is a junior relationship management client facing role managing our highest value clients where professionalism, client focus and an understanding of the fundamentals of financial planning are critical to the success of the business. The role holder has a responsibility develop and retain relationships with Premier clients, working with the broader branch and direct teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This will be achieved by active management of a portfolio of Premier clients and upgrading existing clients through becoming their trusted advisor. It will also entail reviewing the portfolio regularly to ensure the solutions are still suitable to meet clients' needs and embed client loyalty by meeting their needs either directly or through other internal business partners.

The role is an entry level starting point for individuals interested in HNW relationship management, the successful incumbent will have the opportunity to study professional wealth management based qualifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships

Complete regular reviews with clients to understand their current and long term needs and advice them on the products and services that help them achieve their goals

·
Effective use of tools and information to drive client service delivery and RBWM performance

·
Fully utilise and input to Client Relationship Management data, ensuring all client information is complete and kept up to date

·
Maintain an understanding and technical knowledge of relevant products and services available from Group sources in order to provide the best solutions for clients and maximise revenues for Global Wealth and the Group

Desired profile



Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
·  Experience working in a customer or client focused environment essential
·  Outstanding customer service skills with a strong telephone presence
·  Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
·  Able to work with key stakeholders to a high level
·  An ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
·  Experience working in a relevant environment, i.e. financial services / wealth management is desirable but not essential
·  Experience looking after high net-worth customer accounts is desirable but not essential
·  Experience in relevant market/context, i.e. Good knowledge of the global financial market preferable, if no experience a willingness to learn is key.
·  Ability to achieve targets and meet expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same
