We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Personal Assistant.

Principal responsibilities

· Ensure all Group policies, rules and regulations are complied with at all times
· Perform day to day secretarial support to the assigned teams and visiting executives as appropriate
· Provide administrative support to the team
· Organisation, filing and distribution of office materials, utilising as appropriate, central filing resources and Group electronic filing or archiving systems in line with audit and compliance guidelines
· Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting, actively managing the calendars of the direct line managers
· Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports
· Perform ad hoc assignments as required, productively undertaking a substantial workload without sacrificing quality

·  Proven ability in dealing with clients at all levels
·  Proven ability to work collectively
·  Effective time management and planning skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·  Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
