We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Transfer Agency .

Principal responsibilities

· Ensure daily transactions of subscription, redemption, transfer, are handled timely and accurately
· Perform Checking function on daily transactions Coordinate and supervise the support of clerical staff in delivering service to investors and clients
· Coaching of new joiners and Senior Administrators or Administrators
· Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
· Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Degree in any relevant disciplines is preferred
·  Knowledge in transfer agency services, fund services or related areas
·  Knowledge in Automatic Work Distributor and any other transfer agency systems will be an advantage
·  Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
·  Strong team player with the ability to motivate others
