Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves millions of customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Officer, Quality Development and Regulatory Reporting.

Principal responsibilities

· Handle daily incoming enquiries from the MPFA, Labour Department, Court cases, and other external authorities
· Prepare and review written reply and related documents for addressing enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
· Prepare and review statistical and regulatory reports, and be able to identify and explain any irregularities or trends
· Assist in the review of processes, updating procedures, and other ad-hoc tasks
· Be prepared to share best practices, new procedures and coaching to junior staff
· Build trusted based relationship within the team and relevant stakeholders including MPFA, Onshore and Offshore Operation Teams

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University Degree Holder
·  Strong numerical and analytical sense, good written, and verbal communication skills
·  Familiar with advanced Excel, knowledge in Macro or VBA is a plus
·  Able to tackle issues systematically, logically, and independently
·  Maintains personal and professional development through upgrading professional knowledge, skills, and experience
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
