We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Officer, Quality Development and Regulatory Reporting .

Principal responsibilities

· Handle daily incoming enquiries from the MPFA, Labour Department, Court cases and other external authorities
· Prepare and review written reply and related documents for addressing enquiries in a timely and accurate manner
· Prepare and review statistical and regulatory reports, and be able to identify and explain any irregularities or trends
· Assist in the review of processes, updating procedures and other ad hoc tasks
· Be prepared to share best practices, new procedures and coaching to junior staff
· Build trusted based relationship within the team and relevant stakeholders including MPFA, Onshore and Offshore Operation Teams

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  University Degree Holder
·  Good people management skills with the ability to coach and supervise junior staff
·  Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
·  Willing to learn and strives for continuous improvement
