We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Policy Services .

Principal responsibilities
· Follow up all complicated or special cases referred by processing centre, including provide solution for them or communicate with sales channels
· Handle and response the submitted change requests of policies and contact with internal staff for clarification
· Quality checking on policy service outputs of processing centre such as letters, reports and payment authorization
· Handle exception reports and process changes when necessary
· Manually handle tasks without system support
· Countercheck daily payment report due to system deficiency on accuracy before pass to manager for approval
· Liaise tasks related to auto pay collection and dishonor processing

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

· 
​University degree in Business or related discipline

· 
Relevant experience from Life insurance industry

· 
Good analytical and problem solving ability

· 
Sound technical knowledge of Life operation operations and systems

· 
Proficient in written English and Chinese

· 
Strong computer skill particular in Chinese word processing and Microsoft excel
