Global Service Delivery

Within HSBC Operations, Services and Technology, Global Service Delivery is a leader in the development of services and processes that are designed around the customer and enable the firm to demonstrate to regulators that its processes and ways of working will deliver consistently high standards of compliance. Every day, customers all over the world are paying bills, buying homes and setting up companies and every day, Global Service Delivery teams are making sure all this happens smoothly.

Role Purpose

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

· Errors occurred; financial impact of incidents
· Breach of SLA
· Fulfilment of regulatory requirement
· Cost efficiency of the center or business
· Being in compliance of company policies and local regulations
· Manage to eliminate unnecessary overtime

· Meet accuracy rate required on PLA
· Zero tolerance of financial loss
· Other PLA requirement
· Local and HSSO Centre requirements
· Adhere to Over Time policy

Customers / Stakeholders [COMPLETE 3-4 AREAS]

· Tolerance of errors and timeliness miss occurred to investors and clients
· Other target and requirement agreed with Business Partners
· Service quality to meet client's satisfaction
· Timely escalation of the incidents

· Create process improvement and efficiency culture
· Meet productivity and Efficiency Target
· Streamline processes
· Demonstrate risk awareness and avoid non-compliance or violation on risk policies, esp regulatory risk
· Support cross training initiatives and maximize the resource flexibility within the process
· Support business to replace / implement new systems
· Process Monitoring and case monitoring

· Correct iCATs or other time measure records
· Cross team support; multiple skilled
· Support UAT and other system testing
· Raising and implementation of ideas and recommendations
· PYP project associated with
· MI reports, EOD checking and QC checking

Ideal candidate profile

Qualifications :

· University Degree from accredited university
· Sound PC knowledge in Excel and MS Word
· Good communication in both English and Chinese
· Being organized and detail oriented
· Team spirit
· Risk awareness
· Analytical skills and problem solving
· Knowledge of fund industry and good grasp of fund handling
· Subject matter expert in specific areas of fund services is preferred
