We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

1.致力于开拓信用卡客户和开发有效的客户渠道；
2.与客户建立长期稳定的关系，在拓展工作中开展基于客户需求的活动；
3.传递卓越的服务给客户的同时建立专业的形象；
4.迅速和有效地回应客户的询问和投诉；
5.定期准备和提交销售进展报告；
6.充分掌握产品和服务知识，确保提供高标准的客户服务；
7.与内部同事建立并保持良好的工作关系，以满足客户的各项需求；
8.协助团队负责人指导新员工，支持行政相关工作；
9.遵守标准操作程序，满足销售品质要求，确保所有销售活动以符合监管及汇丰内部政策要求。

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

1.大专或以上学历(国家认可)；
2.1-5年的工作经历，具有信用卡或金融行业一线销售经验者优先考虑；
3.良好的人际关系，沟通和表达能力佳；
4.具有优良的风险识别能力；
5.良好的客户服务意识和销售态度；
6.具备自我激励意识和抗压能力；
7.掌握计算机操作基本技能。
