We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Solution architects own the architectural design of end-to-end IT solutions to meet business requirements, taking into account business functional requirements, non-functional technical requirements, aligned to future state architecture models, to provide solutions that meet business expectations, satisfy all relevant regulatory requirements and mitigate identified operational risks. Solution architects acquire expertise from other architectural discplines to create complete designs.
Principal Accountabilities (Key activities and decision making areas):
Impact on the Business
• Responsible for producing architecture deliverables within the context of the overall plan
• Impacts the design of a single application, service or component
• Ensures that the most appropriate design choices are adopted to meet business requirements and maximise return on investment
Customers / Stakeholders
• Customers of work performed are generally other teams within technology
Interacts effectively with a range of stakeholders across the business and multiple technology functions and architecture disciplines
Leadership & Teamwork
• Influences direction and design choices within the team
• Works as a team member (may have supervisory responsibility for junior architects)
• Close collaboration with the group Architecture function
Operational Effectiveness & Control
• Participates in Architectural reviews to ensure compliance with architectural frameworks, standards and policies
Will have knowledge of the revelant regulatory and operational risk environment

Qualifications :
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Technical and business expertise acquired career to date includes:
• Good working knowledge of the Solution Achitecture discipline based on multiple years of experience with and relevant training in
• Architecture frameworks and principles (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
• Modelling techniques and tools; developing well-formed models across multiple architectural views
• Demonstrated ability in applying architecture methods to add value to decision makers; taking a pragmatic and delivery focused approach to architecture
• Familiarity with and experience of multiple technical domains
• Knowledge of the design and qualities of multiple software and vendor solutions
• Good practical Project Management knowledge and use of project methodology experience within a global Dev Ops context
• Effective working knowledge of the regulatory environment
