HSBC IT develops and manages technology systems and infrastructure with the global business and functions. It works across a range of technology platforms and development disciplines from mainframe to digital. Within HSBC, IT is also currently transforming how technology is developed, delivered and maintained. The IT cost base is approximate $4.5b with approximately 45k FTE.

The Graduate Development and Inclusion lead provides oversight and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of the Future Leaders Global Graduate Programme across Technology.

In this role you will be accountable for:

Develop and execute the Keep Warm Strategy for all incoming graduates and liaising with the recruitment team on all on-boarding activities and ensuring a seamless process globally.

Manage the Global Technology Induction programme and partner with the Group Graduate team on the Global Graduate Induction, representing Technology.

·
Manage the Global Graduate 2 year development programme in partnership with the Technology Academy on the technical learning from the initial training programme, role specific learning and graduate certification programme and COE Learning for personal and professional skills, all linking back to the overall technology strategy.

·
Responsible for the overall rotation strategy globally and the management of UK annual rotation process across multiple graduate cohorts, including sourcing roles, matching process and the annual Technology Career ExPo

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· 
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with stakeholders and candidates, and develop creative approaches to delivering on objectives.

· 
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

· 
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as team leader and member

· 
Programme management experience is essential, including allocation, development and pastoral care of graduates.
