Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB)

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

​Maximise job rotation to become familiar with RBWM structure, products and services, how different teams interact, and accumulate a wide range and depth of relevant knowledge as FTA.

The below job rotation plan aims to provide FTA broad experience which is an important factor in the profile of successful PROs.

1st 6 month – Teller and /or Customer Development Officer

2nd 6 month – Premier Relationship Assistant and Advance Officer-Full Licensed

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

​The key objective of "Future Trusted Advisor" (FTA) is to provide high calibre with a structured fast track program to enhance their careers by preparing them to be Premier Relationship Officer(PRO) in support of HSBC RBWM's business growth strategy in China. FTA shall develop fundamental knowledge and cultivate sound skills in order to effectively perform the role of PRO RBWM.

The program consists of several structured activities over a 12 month period that includes comprehensive training, mentoring and job rotation.

Throughout the 12-month training programme, the FTA will support his/her line manager and contribute to the realization of the team's goals.
