Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Fulfillment Officer.

Principal Responsibilities:

· Take ownership by following up and providing timely updates to customers regarding their applications
· Enhance customers experience and strive to deepen customer relationships with HSBC by anticipating customers' needs and demonstrate genuine care
· Serve as HSBC's brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, strong knowledge on our process, and optimize every opportunity to exceed customer expectations with each interaction
· Ensure required documentation and administrative work relating to each customer's application is completed in an accurate and prompt manner
· Be responsible for achieving individual and team performance while maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  GCE O Levels and above
·  Working experience in banking or insurance sector is preferred
·  Relevant administrative and customer service experience would be advantageous
·  Meticulous and organized
