Individual Contributor
Ø 5-10 years of IT experience as an individual contributor
Ø Experience in Agile projects
Ø Participate in platform improvement initiatives like improvement of performance, production stability
Ø Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
Ø Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ø Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
Technical
Must Have
Ø Strong KDB experience and related technologies
Good To Have
Ø Java/python
Ø Exposure to industry standard financial message formats such as FIX , FPML etc
Domain
Good To Have
Ø Exposure to Fixed Income Cash and Derivartive products.
Ø Understanding of electronic markets, trading terminologies, pricing models, reference data.
Ø In-depth knowledge of Trade Life cycle & Straight Through Processing (STP).
Ø Familiar with D2D platforms (e.g. BrokerTec, BGC eSpeed, Tullet etc.) and D2C platforms (e.g. TradeWeb, Bloomberg, MarketAxess) and related API usage.
Ø Knowledge of regulatory reporting guidelines by various regulatory authorities.
