HSBC Securities Services (HSS) provides comprehensive global, regional and domestic securities services, including Institutional and Hedge Fund, Investor Services, Investment Administration, Global Custody, Corporate Trust and Loan Agency, Sub-Custody and Settlement Services.
HSS provides a full range of securities services to clients worldwide and it is one of the largest securities services providers in the world. HSS is part of the Global Transaction Banking division of the HSBC Group (HSBC).
Responsible For:

The key responsibilities will include the following:
· Understand the business model, direction and strategy. Capture the value of the business process, use cases and workflow underneath with the support and guidance from Product and Service Delivery
· Work closely with HSBC operation users, internal IT parties and external vendors to analyse business requirements and provide viable solutions
· Work with Technical BA to analyze identify opportunities for business process improvements.
· Work with Technical BA to ensure user stories and requirements are compiled via in depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis
· Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and assist the scrum team to prioritise tasks through backlog management to deliver highest business value
· Enable the scrum team which consist of workflow engineer & DevOps engineer to accomplish change objectives according to HSBC delivery standards and best practices
· Enable the scrum team to Identify any issues that may arise and develop measures to control risks

Qualifications :
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Including: commercial orientation, customer drive, business development, analytical reasoning, management planning, decisiveness, leadership, teamwork, building and managing relationships, communication, drive and resilience, change orientation, technical knowledge etc.
· Financial Services experience; specifically middle-back office operation for securities services is highly desirable
· Management of change within an information technology environment
· Strong stakeholder management skill and be able to engage with other internal business operation, IT teams and external vendors to work out true business problems, and to resolve and follow through on problems
· Ability to lead and motivate high performing delivery teams in multiple locations both on and offshore
· Innovative thinker in touch with the latest technologies developments and an ability to challenge ways of working.
· Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
· A university graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE ( in order of importance )
Including: technical knowledge, company/industry experience, IT knowledge (levels required), languages etc.
· 3-4 years working experience in project management involving transformation in business operations and/or software development
· 3-4 years' working experience in software design, development and testing, preferably in a global environment
· 1-2 years' of knowledge and solid experience of process mapping and business process reengineering using BPMN standard
· Knowledge on Agile & DevOps is essential
· Working experience in a medium to large team dealing with local/overseas parties, external vendors as well as on/offshore resource is essential
