Primary Skill : Mainframe - CA7/JCL/ Cobol Application support ( Control M V9 added advantage )
Day-to-day support in FTP North America production systems .
Monitor production environment and applications and provide level 1 support to ensure high performance and availability.
Handling batch failures
Knowledge of Incident management, problem management , root cause analysis , resolution and reporting.
Follow up with local and Core teams on source system processing.
The nature of the role may require a close working contact with Regional IT and ITO colleagues across the Group, globally.
Involving Incident management teams for critical issues.
Providing production updates in daily turnover calls.
Experience working in CA7/JCL is mandatory and knowledge on Cobol/DB2 will be added advantage.
Maintain a good working relationship with users

Flexible to work in shifts (Morning and Second shift)
