Global Legal plays an important role in protecting the Group's reputation by helping to future-proof the organisation through robust legal risk and issue advisory. Responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to senior management and all global businesses and functions, the team offers a diverse range of legal skills, jurisdictional experience and practice specialisms across all countries and territories in which our businesses operate.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Support Analyst.

Principal Responsibilities
· Provide support to Senior Legal Operations Manager, General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel in the day to day operational activities of the department
· Identify, formulate and implement the operational objectives of the Legal function in Singapore
· Execute the operational, financial and planning activities of the Legal function in Singapore
· Establish and implement a consistent and effective approach (including best practices) to the operational management and execution of daily activities
· Formulate and implement procedures to ensure that operational risk of the Singapore Legal function is managed in a commercially sensitive and practical manner
· Manage regular contact with panel law firms and internal stakeholders
· Assess and analyse the operational and cost efficiencies of the Legal function in Singapore
· Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of our businesses.
· Monitor the implementation and delivery of operational risk management policies and controls in the Legal function in Singapore
· Manage and monitor the resourcing, costs and spend of the Legal function in Singapore

Qualifications :

Requirements
·  Intermediate Operations Support Or Business Management experience
·  Good knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office software applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint is essential
·  Self-starter, takes initiative, independent with good organizational skills
·  Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with senior management, internal and external stakeholders
·  Project management and execution skills to implement change initiatives in the function
·  Leadership skills
·  Strong ability to prioritise and to work with details in a timely fashion
·  Meticulous and detail-oriented
·  Lateral thinking, problem solving skills, sound analytical skillset
·  Fast and energetic learner with good learning attitude and can adapt to a dynamic environment quickly
·  Positive and open to challenges, new areas and constructive feedback
·  Able to handle a diverse range of situation and people
·  Able to work under pressure
