We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Customer Service Manager, Employee Benefits Operations.

Principal Responsibilities

· Responsible for end-to-end customer service model in CXA platforms and EB policy administration system
· Manage the relationship and all queries with customers including corporate and retail banking customers and HealthPlus HR, business and third-party administrator (TPA) partners
· Support day-to-day management on Employee Benefits business as usual operations tasks including customer service inquiry and resolution, policy administration, procedure and documentation update
· Collect inputs from various parties to produce regular and ad hoc operational performance reports with tracking of key performance indicators, produce management reports with insights provided to support executives' decisions
· Support the Third Party Agreement supplier risk assessment, coordinate and execute the controls regarding Data, Business Continuity, Users Access
· Responsible for ensuring the Business Services strategy is maintained, reviewed and issues escalated as appropriate.
· Support the preparation of Employee Benefits meeting material and assist the Operations Manager to chair or participate the regular meeting.
· Handle business partners' change request, enhancements which enhances customer experience and supports business growth and opportunities
· Recommend any operational efficiency and streamlining ideas for process and system improvement to support better business and customer services
· Provide a regular user training for any changes of process and system to internal operations team
· Work with business, TPA partners and HSBC IT to investigate all production operational, system problems and identify the root cause for remedial actions and preventive measures
· Support to maintain robust production defect, incident and operational issue management and reporting processes
· Comply to Employee Benefits TOM.

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Educated to undergraduate or post-graduate degree level in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology or a related field
·  Proven and progressive experience preferably incorporting IT and business requirement management principles, including product specification, system design and behaviour, business operation and continuous improvement activities
·  Strong analytical skills to understand to translate, simplify and proritize the requirement as well as root cause analysis for remedial actions and preventive measures.
·  Capable of conducting cost and benefit analysis
·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, including the ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at the most senior level in the organisation.
·  Understand and interpret complex business and Hong Kong Insurance requirements including regulatory requirements
·  Ability to work within an environment of different cultures.
·  Be strong awareness, proactive, good at time management and organisation skills
·  Able to work independently with timely update
