We specialize in foreign exchange, credits and rates, structured derivatives, equities and debt, equity and equity-linked capital markets.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as Analyst, GFX Middle Office.

Principal responsibilities

·
Support FX Trading, Commodities Trading, Commodities Sales and Institutional Sales in day to day business, query and life cycle management

·
Assist and ensure the smooth running of the FX Cash and Commodities Middle Office function

·
Provide clean and accurate data to downstream consumers, including Traded Risk and Finance

·
Act as the conduit between Front Office and Support functions by providing technical guidance for transactional issues

·
Improve efficiency by performing regular reviews of existing processes

·
Identify and assess risks and issues to the Business and escalate appropriately

·
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Strong background on the product and understanding of Front to Back trade flow
· 
Experience in Derivatives or similar role

· 
Ability to pick up new processes quickly

· 
Lateral thinking to identify improvements in processes

· 
Excellent interpersonal skills in communication with diverse groups internally and externally

· 
Flexible, with the ability to resolve issues under tight deadlines
