We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Alternative Investment Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

Support the Senior Alternative Investment Manager in all alternative related responsibilities

·
Support the CIO and Senior Alternative Investment Manager to execute Asia real estate initiatives and ongoing management

·
Support CIO and Senior Alternative Investment Manager on new asset classes investment and RWA release from funding of bank balance sheet

·
Establish good relationships with key stakeholders including the CIOs, as well as internal and external fund managers

·
Work with the Senior Management, CIOs and other parties in executing investment initiatives

·
Support the Senior Manager in the development and oversight of this alternative investment asset class

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Qualifications

· 
University graduate with solid industry experience

· 
Additional professional qualifications in Finance, Actuary or Investment such as CFA is a plus

· 
Several years of relevant experience in private equity, real estate funds, alternative credits such as loans and direct lending is required

· 
Sound knowledge of investment practices and standards for alternative assets

· 
A good team player, with good verbal and written communication skills

· 
Strong analytical and technical skills

· 
Detail-oriented with good organisation and planning skills
