Operations Support Intern role is to support CERTA Business Operations team with reporting and data processing related spare parts event or replenishment flow, as well as performing supporting system transactions under supervision of specified process owners.

How you will make your mark:

· 
Running daily reporting related PO release and reactive pre-screening

· 
Extracting data for daily/weekly activity reporting related Order Management activity

· 
Extracting data for weekly activity reporting related Logistics activity

· 
Execution of specified system transactions related part movements or return

· 
Support team projects and events

About you:

· 
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics & Supply chain Management/ Business Operations/ Maths/ Economics

· 
Knowledge or interest in supply chain concepts, demand forecasting & materials planning

· 
Fluent in written and verbal English

· 
Good computer skills, esp. MS office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,

· 
Very good numerical and data analytical skills & ability to build management summary

· 
Team player with excellent communication skills
