Job Description:
· 'The Project Analyst Role helps to ensure new deals are compliant with WW HPE policy, procedures & processes as well as BU Guidelines.
· Focus of the role is on deal assessment, deal governance and approvals, to ensure legal, financial and compliance aspects are covered, accelerating the order booking and revenue recognition.
· Support sales with the management of the opportunity progress within HPE Dashboard .Tracks the presales cost report to align the Presales project status with the possible changes in the opportunity.
· Provides consultancy and Support to Pursuit and Sales during presales phase, Review the format and content of the Proposal and or SOW to solve any issue .
· Do the customer documents revision and checks before the order recognition to ensure all compliance criteria’s are met .
· Controls and manages the administrative and financial aspects of projects in the customer invoicing. Ensure the accuracy of the invoicing are met with the customer requirement.
· Control and manages the administrative process of the 3rd party Purchase Requisition required in the Deal.
· Helps facilitate debt resolutions and HPE cash flow (partnering with Credit & Collections). Supports Business Controls & Audit compliance. Provides quality client experience for internal TCE.
· Expected Outcomes : increasing Compliance, improving Business Predictability, increasing Winning point of deal for Sales, Pricing simulation of various deal scenarios for Pursuit / OC to improve margin, Sales Productivity & Compliant Order Acceptance.
Responsibilities:
· Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues
· Works on problems of moderately complex scope.
· Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input.
· Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
· Provide consultancy and support to the Business and Sales team for a variety of countries in Central Europe. Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic.
Education and Experience Required:
· Bachelor's degree (preferably Business Management )
· Adequate knowledge and use of tools : Microsoft suite , Skype, SFDC, SAP, Deal Governance Advisory Tool, E-Archiving tool, Reporting
· 3-5 years of experience at least 3 years in previous roles.
Knowledge and Skills:
