Responsibilities :

•Handle Tickets, Chats and Emails for external and internal customers

•First point of contact for customer inquires

•Coordinate with internal and cross functional team to resolve customer issues and complete the requests

•Interact over email and phone (Skype) with internal and/or external customers to clarify or respond to queries

•Supports procurement processes within specific area

•Supports the implementation of new corporate-wide procurement processes and systems

•Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations

•Handles complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously with sense of urgency

•Contribute to develop, implement maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with procurement and other HPE policies

•Help the Team lead with work load allocation

•Act as backup for first level escalation

Knowledge and Skills

•Judgment/Problem Solving: Ability to understand and analysis the a problem and come up with an effective resolution

•Excellent communication skills both written and Oral

•Knowledge of Procurement Applications and Processes like Ariba, Source2Contract, SmartLabor etc.

•Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and supply chain modeling skills.

•Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills; basic influencing skills

•Applies cause and effect thinking to identify common contract risk areas

•Ability to provide a delightful customers experience

•Good understanding of the company's business units and the procurement operations strategy

Other requirement includes willingness to work all shifts (including America's time zone)

Education and Experience Required:

First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree added advantage

Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain function

Proficient in English is a must
