HPE Aruba is driving strategic transformational change in the support renewals business. We are transforming support renewals selling and buying experiences to retain customers and grow the business in alignment to global corporate plans.

This exciting opportunity is focused on process definition and improvement for operations and sales processes that support HPE Aruba’s support business. The role is a pivotal role to the future success of  global renewals business. The role will immediately focus on process definition and capture of business challenges, with development of remediation plans to implement sustainable and scalable processes. This position reports into the Sr. Director of Business Operations for the Global Support Renewals organization.

Responsibilities:
• Apply a process analysis methodology to the global support renewals business.
• Compile and analyze a complete global inventory of renewals business processes.
• Document business processes and business challenges for the renewals business.
• Analyze business processes and determine immediate improvement needs and follow-up actions.
• Quantify business challenges to plan and execute transformation projects in partnership with business and IT architects.
• Assist in development of an overall process vision and transformation roadmap for the future.
• Work to drive renewals process standardization to support scale with company growth.
• Support specific projects to improve the renewals business processes by documenting process and analyzing process change impacts.
• Baseline process metrics and measure improvements to show returns on process change investments.
• Analyze processes and apply measurement methods to define, measure. improve and manage processes.
• Work cross-functionally to understand, analyze and document upstream and downstream process dependencies.
• Development of test scenarios and test scripts to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new processes and systems.
• Provide business leadership of UAT events in adherence to overall project schedules.

Skills & knowledge:
• Knowledge of support renewals processes and systems (SAP and SDFC)
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile IT delivery methods
• Excellent process analysis skills - time management, organizational and planning skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management, Project Management and Process Improvement principles
• Ability to summarize and simplify complex processes and systems
• Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills
• Ability to form and maintain cross- functional relationships
• Leadership, teamwork and influencing skills in multiple projects and workstreams
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science, or Engineering Systems
• 8-10 years of business process management and analysis experience in sales and sales operations environments
• Proven track record of process transformation success on enterprise or organizational initiatives in high tech
• Passionate about process change, influencing and process innovation
• Proven ability and comfort engaging and influencing senior management and cross-functional stakeholders
• Must be able to both build and deliver process improvements that support specific business objectives
• Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about making a difference
• Confident sharing their ideas in project team settings
• Creative and enthusiastic
• Able to think both strategically and tactically
• Accurate and efficient
• Able to work well under pressure
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Six Sigma (DMAIC) certification is preferred
• PMP certification a plus
