Job description

·  Financial framework setup and maintenance in alignment with Pointnext Finance requirements and Supply Chain specifics
·  Supporting month-end-close and monthly forecast process: building, maintenance and delivering efficient reporting timely and accurately, with attention to detail and assuring proper communication
·  Supporting Reporting Team Lead with Budget process, specifically building and maintaining Budget Database, managing internal SC communication and performing basic checks
·  Maintaining post-MEC related reporting and analytics publications necessary to the Team including Power BI monthly financial update
·  Understanding of Supply Chain financial master data, maintaining clear and accurate architecture under recommendations of Reporting Team Lead
·  Ensure good communication and alignment with Global SC FP&A team and Delivery FP&A team
·  Ongoing control of deliverables and investigating issues, reaching Team’s feedback and appropriate reaction

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree with a focus in business or economics
·  Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst
·  Typically experienced in more than one finance function

Knowledge and Skills Required :

·  Superior MS Excel skills
·  MS Power tools (Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI) would be an asset
·  Excellent teamwork and communication skills
·  Focus to details and accuracy of deliverables
·  Superior teamwork and communication skills
