In this amazing role, you will execute operational activities and produce deal documentation and configure systems to reflect ordering processes. You will record, update and validate customer and deal information in systems producing reports and analyses of sales processing activities. How you’ll make your mark:

You will develop and implement portal management processes.

You will identify, document and implement opportunities for enhancement and process improvements.

You will be responsible for configuring content on portal pages in alignment with requests made by content authors, owners, and/or creators.–Develop all portal layout and maintain functionality of all site.

You will troubleshoot and provide assistance to portal related issues.–Act as first level escalation point and liaison in case of escalations.

You will perform data validation and upgrade processes to achieve all project objectives.

You will monitor and analyze all system metrics and maintain optimal performance for all portals.

You will maintain all custom portal applications.–Coordinate the regional UAT/MTP.

About you:

You have university Degree required–Major in Computer Science or Computer coding experience is preferred

You have 3+ years working experience, global company working experience is preferred

You have excellent in both written and oral English

You have highly computer literate, knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of JavaScript, JSP, jQuery, CSS, PHP, MySQL, VBA and other web development applications

You have strong communication and presentation skills

You have strong problem solving skill to provide solution/workarounds to meet customer needs

You have quick learning ability to ramp up quickly

You are self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with high responsibility

Project management experience is a plus
