Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE. 

Assigned to support Emerging HPE Business and Proximity Partners, acting as a focal point for establishing a resell contract with HPE and enable them to sell HPE products into the market. The role will also nurture the business relationship and will assist in driving the sales strategy for the Channel Partners leveraging HPE’s Distributors. Acts as a leader in providing direction and guidance to project and sales teams in developing the customer solution and to enable the efficient execution of channel sales processes. Advocates the partner view, expectations and provides feedback to the development/improvement of processes and capabilities. Understands and analyzes account financials. Assists in top level escalations by interacting with company management and the customer/partner side for team.

Responsibilities:

Influence the partner to represent the HPE brand and become an authorized HPE reseller.

Educates the partner on the various distribution partner offerings.

Identifies escalation situations and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of low complexity, in support of the partner requirements.

Represents the partner needs and seeks for coaching to enable the partner to resell HPE solutions

Implements on operational matters of medium complexity to internal functions and with Distribution.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or equivalent experience.

Typically 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in supply chain, customer service, procurement or financial management.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.

Understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle.

Basic consulting, negotiation and influence skills.

Abilities in research, analytical and problem solving skills.

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements.

Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external customers/partners on peer level and one level above
