Responsible for driving marketing excellence and performance management efforts to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment. Requires omnichannel platform administration experience, specifically eGain experience as that’s the platform an individual will support, enhance, manage integrations and drive user adoption over time. Understanding of how support works, how digital omnichannel platforms work, basic digital marketing understanding May also provide database analytics and operational expertise to drive fact-based strategic and tactical planning, manage and execute marketing programs. Typical responsibilities include managing the marketing investment envelope, identifying business requirements, developing business marketing processes, managing complex marketing programs and campaigns, establishing executive dashboards, scorecard, other measurement tools, and developing infrastructure (such as MRM, CRM, EDW and other data warehouse) as needed to drive close loop marketing. Also responsible for developing and delivering marketing training and professional development and execution to maximize overall marketing productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

·  Digital Demand Generation: Run various demand generation activities such as Lead management, analysis, and monitoring of lead pipeline, lead qualification, and coordination with Sales representatives. 
·  Lead management – Timely lead assignment to Sales representatives of all leads coming to our operational queues from digital or third party sources
·  Lead flow – Ensure leads flow properly throughout our platforms
·  Analysis of aging and closed leads trying to recover leads with potential to be converted to opportunities.
·  Keep constant communication with sales representatives to understand the status of leads assigned and identify areas where we can support the sales organization.
·  Aging of opportunities analysis - Provide support to sales
·  Ensure all records coming from our vendors are flowing and provide support in case of any issues.
·  Support to manage all leads generated as a result of an HPE Event or Marketing campaign
·  Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing campaign results to support business performance improvement.
·  Conduct data-driven analysis based on syndicated, primary and secondary market research and customer data.
·  Identify data requirements to be able to conduct future analytic studies in a timely and efficient manner given the needs that have arisen from previous studies.
·  Provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for Marketing ROI optimization.
·  Participate in testing to ensure new marketing processes and applications are delivering the benefits as promised in the business case.
·  Document and communicate marketing requirements for systems to IT.
·  Coordinate operational readiness and product launch activities.
·  Reconcile market program spend to the planned budget.
·  Drive adoption of common marketing processes and languages.

Education and Experience Required:

·  BA or BS in Marketing or related field.
·  3+ years marketing and/or operational experience.
·  Experience in MRM or CRM applications a plus.
·  Associated degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
·  Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
·  Experience in Salesforce GRM is desired but not a must.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Role requires omnichannel platform administration experience

·  Understanding of how support works
·  How digital omnichannel platforms work
·  basic digital marketing understanding
·  Working knowledge of marketing principles, Demand Generation practices, tactics and tools.
·  High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes.
·  Familiarity with offering category and company offerings/ strategy.
·  Strong written/oral and communications and analytical skills.
·  Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
