Job Description:

   

Responsible for driving marketing excellence and performance management efforts to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment. May also provide analytics reports and operational expertise to drive fact-based strategic and tactical planning, manage and execute marketing programs. Establishing executive dashboards, scorecard, and other measurement tools, from data sources such as Salesforce or another CRMs as needed to drive close loop marketing. Also responsible for developing and delivering marketing training and professional development and execution to maximize overall marketing productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead management – Timely lead assignment to Sales representatives of all leads coming to our operational queues from digital or third party sources
·  Lead flow – Ensure leads flow properly throughout our platforms
·  Analysis of ageing and closed leads trying to recover leads with potential to be converted to opportunities.
·  Keep constant communication with sales representatives to understand the status of leads assigned and identify areas where we can support sales organization.
·  Ageing of opportunities analysis - Provide support to sales
·  Ensure all records coming from our vendors are flowing and provide support in case of any issues.
·  Support to manage all leads generated as a result of an HPE Event or Marketing campaign
·  Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of marketing campaign results to support business performance improvement.

Education and Experience Required:

·  Associated degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
·  2 years of Marketing experience
·  Expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
·  Experience in Salesforce GRM is desired but not a must.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
·  High-level knowledge of marketing activities and processes.
·  Strong written/oral and communications and analytical skills.
·  Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team.
·  Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines.
·  Japanesse and English leanguages is a must
