Digital Marketing is transforming the way we do business. Within marketing operations you will be working on big data platforms that seek to gain an understanding of our customer, and be part of a team devising ways to accelerate the buyer’s journey to a purchase.

Role:

Data Integration: Manage existing integrations, and assist in driving the evolution of data pipelines allowing for near real-time data insights for sales and marketing.

Data Management and Campaign Support:  Large scale data sets need continuous data –hygiene processes for optimal performance. Help team with data quality initiatives and identify targets for automation. Help build programs and applications to generate high quality personalized targeting to drive campaigns and ROI.

Large-Scale Analytics: Develop and implement algorithms to derive insights based on user behavior, market segments and firmographic information. Apply  machine learning and AI to deliver superior outcomes.

Data Modeling: Extend existing and create new data models required to support marketing initiatives. Identify emerging markets and customer segments for HPE product lines and services.

Required skills:

·  Bachelors Degree in a technical area and/or requisite experience.
·  1-3 years work experience
·  Programming skills ( Python , SQL , Machine learning, Java, Scala, Spark)
·  Innovative mindset, self-driven
·  Collaborative team player
·  An unusual blend of creative/analytical skills
·  Excellent ability to prioritize task and meet deadlines
·  Ability to exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations
·  Good english speaking/ communication skills.
