Job Description:

Perform, support, and control various processes in the Logistics Platform team according to business needs, including but not limited to: Inventory Management (for example, Inventory Adjustments) ,Physical Inventory Auditing (i.e. Cycle Counts, Wall-To-Wall Counts, Remote Inventory Counts), Stock Transfer Orders Auditing and Processing, Inventory Reconciliations (i.e. synchronizing HPE’s inventory with the LSP’s inventory), resolving Systemic Issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives as required by business needs, as well as any other ad-hoc activities required by management. This team member will be responsible for adhering to established metrics and SLAs for their services provided, as well as participating in Operational Reviews in order to correct any missed targets.

Main skills and qualifications:

·  1 to 3 years work experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain environment. High School diploma or equivalent is required. A University degree (either completed or in progress) is highly desirable.  
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office ,  intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.  
·  Proficiency and experience in SAP and Salesforce.com is  a plus   
·  Strong attention to detail and teamwork is required.  
·  Advanced English proficiency (80%) is required. Portuguese proficiency is a plus.  
·  Self-driven.  
·  Knowledge in Lean tools is desirable.
