This position is designated as part of the HPE Career Reboot Program. To be eligible for the position, you must meet the program requirements;

If you have 5 or more years of experience and were away from the workforce for a minimum of 12 months, you are eligible for:

·  A temporary assignment lasting up to 12 weeks.
·  Online training to refresh your technical knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities:

·  Respond to services, product, technical, and customer related questions on subjects such as features, specifications and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical).
·  Proactively assist internal/external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
·  Ability to act as a team/project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information, validation and team decision making processes.
·  Review and resolve complex business issues.
·  Must possess excellent communication skills. Able to add case resolution to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
·  Understand and utilize Information Technology Information Library (ITIL).
·  Represent/participate HPE in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
·  Partner frequently with the Sales Pursuit team.
·  Comfortable managing technical issues as well as customer business impact and ability to blend and appreciate these aspects in communication with customer
·   Deliver at least 1 internal training session/quarter (includes prep + delivery) which is aligned with business needs.
·  Good infra troubleshooting knowledge on VMware and Linux platform.
·  Should have good analytical/logical approach on troubleshooting for resolving hardware issues related to the above-mentioned products
·  Possess good spoken, written communication and customer handling skills

Qualifications and skills:

·  Full time 10+2+3 education and experience of minimum 5 years
·  Highly motivated, team player, with excellent written, communication, relationship-building and influencing skills
·  Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, change management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
