Global Sales Operations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise is an exciting and dynamic organization responsible for driving the operation in support of our Customers, Partners and Sales force as well as leading and defining the improvements to experiences to enable growth for HPE. 

·  Define and drive LATAM Inside Sales Campaign plan in collaboration mainly with WW, GTM,  CMs, Marketing and Alliances.
·  Secure campaign’s plan adoption from all the Inside Sales Reps
·  Monitor Sales Campaign execution in each LATAM Geos supported by WW Campaign Manager
·  Responsible for Sales Campaign ROI
·  Consistently improves campaign’s experience through best practices, new Tools & Processes implementation

Responsibilities:

·  Engage with WW BU, alliances, Marketing in order to define a LATAM campaign plan on a quarterly, yearly basis
·  Secure that HPE’s strategic priorities are supported with campaign plan
·  Support LATAM Geos with targeted/local campaign to help them “close the gap” and hunt new logos
·  Define campaign’s assets and collaterals. Secures that IS’s expectations and standards are met. In collaboration with Marketing, use Social Media, create awareness and build Sales community around ampaigns
·  Define IS’s enablement and training plan in collaboration with category and L&D’s teams
·  Coordinate campaign’s execution in all LATAM Geos
·  Owner of campaign ROI through KPI & dashboard on weekly basis : leads conversion, pipeline, won business…
·  Maximize usage of Business Intelligence data (HPE & Competitors Installed base)
·  Interlock with Alliances and propose investment plan like funded head, sales programs, incentives and trainings

Education and Experience Required:

*Typically 4-6 years experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. First level university degree
*Marketing and demand generation experienced
*English fluent proficiency

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests
·  Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
·  Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis
·  Extensive knowledge of Excel, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
·  Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
·  Very strong verbal and written communication skills
·  Strong project management skills
·  Developed relationship management skills
·  Ability to lead cross-functional teams
·  Ability to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data
