Job Description:

-Provide specification development and graphic support for Shared Engineering Services.

Responsibilities:

-Use word processing and graphic software to prepare specifications including artwork documentation from draft inputs created by Engineering or Project Administrators.

-Research data bases for correct information, incorporate pictorials, graphs or tables and embed information using Engineering Documentation templates.

-Revise existing specifications when Engineering Requests are submitted.

-Identify problems with specification requests from Engineering Requests or approval process.

-Track specification progress and respond to queries regarding document status.

-Learn the tasks within the work group to support others including label documentation.

-Assist in weekly status reports to supervisor and/or project administrator.

Education and Experience Required:

-A Technical Writing/Communications Bachelor of Science degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Using Micro Soft Word and Corel Draw as software tools to develop specifications and labels.

-Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, mastery in English and local language
