Job Description:

   

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Own Reporting/BI Strategy & Integration Fabric Architecture and roadmap

·       Micro-services overall strategy & API Catalog

·       Data publication patterns

·       Data aggregation and consumption

·       Reporting/BI and associated authorization strategy

·       Data purge, archiving retrieval, and destruction strategy and solution

·       Portfolio/Roadmap, including new product selection

·       All architecture & associate Artifacts, including best practice, playbook

Qualifications:

·  10+ years hands-on experience with large scale design/deployment of EDW, ODS, Integration platform, ETL solutions.
·  Experience with designing & development of data integration, aggregation, data visualization, and subsequent consumption solutions including Experience with integrating data store in SaaS apps with on-prem data
·  Experience on designing & deploying data purge, archiving, retrieval, and destruction solutions for audit/tax compliance
·  Highly scalable and extensible Big Data platform which enables collection, storage, modeling, and analysis of massive data sets from numerous channels.
·  Experience in governance strategies to mitigate data quality issues
·  Analyze latest Big Data Analytic technologies and their innovative applications in both business intelligence analysis and new service offerings, adopt and implement these insights and best practices. Perform architecture design and support implementation of Big Data platform integration of data analytic applications
·  Experience in defining best practices for services/data versioning
·  4+ years’ experience with middleware platform integrations, messaging and ETL based
·  3+ years in API framework design, including API catalog management
·  Experience with real time event processing techniques and frameworks like Apache Spark, Apache Kafka Streams or Apache Flink
·  Security: Oauth2 Authentication, Authorization implementations
·  Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) creating large scale applications using agile and/or iterative processes
·  Expertise in DevOPs or DevSecOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) implementing cloud-based optimized development processes
·  Familiarity with application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, techniques and automation tools
·  Strong communication skills both verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations
·  Team leadership and management experience (team delivery, performance management, coaching, and mentoring)
·  Experience in leading technical architecture and application/infrastructure design discussions with developer and infrastructure team
·  Experience with consultative and complex technical deployment projects, managing various stakeholder relationships
·  Understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
·  Demonstrated strong project delivery experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables using project management methodologies

Preferred Experience

Experience with Hortworks Hadoop

·  Experience with SnapLogic
·  Experience with Kafka
·  Experience with Waterline
·  Experience with Informatica Powercenter
·  Familiarity with cloud native application architecture patterns including containers, functional computing, batch processing
·  Software design or development of highly distributed applications
·  Experience designing and delivering solutions with NodeJS, React, Github
·  Open Source development, LAMP stack experience , and experience with Java, JSON, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby on Rails, Splunk, Pig/Hive is a plus
·  Architecture Certification (TOGAF, CITA, EACOE, Certified SOA Architect, etc.)

Educational/Certifications Qualifications Desired:

·  Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field
