What will you be doing?

As Global HRBP you will act as a consultant and partner to the business leaders. You will drive the people strategy and organisational design, and the process of transformation, talent management, and workforce planning. 

You will lead change initiatives and implement specific HR strategies to achieve organisation goals and objectives. You will be responsible for aligning performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce desired behaviors. 

You will ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures, balance corporate, function, geographic and business needs in deploying HR programs to the business unit. A Global HRBP you will also collaborates with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs.

Responsibilities:

· 
Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders and their teams. Using extensive business or function knowledge to drive the execution of a wide spectrum of HR programs.

· 
Proactively engage in strategic business planning where there is HR impact in order to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and processes.

· 
Contribute to the development of the change management strategy within the business to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

· 
Manage HR programs within the business or function. Supervise the complex quantitative and qualitative analyses of financial and workforce data.

· 
Represent the needs of the business or function on an ongoing basis to maintain consistent plans between HR and the business or function in program implementation.

· 
Manage and lead priority projects that support organization-wide transformation initiatives.

· 
Identify the need for new or improved HR processes and drives the development and implementation of those processes.

· 
Collaborate with senior colleagues in the centers of expertise in order to apply sufficient HR resources to meet the business needs.

Education and Experience you will ideally have:

· 
Extensive experience in multiple HR functions and/or a generalist role.

· 
Demonstrated experience designing and/or implementing HR programs globally or within a large business unit.

· 
A solid history of partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is preferred.

· 
A university degree or equivalent experience is advantageous 

Knowledge and Skills:

· 
Excellent written and verbal skills.

· 
Strong business acumen.

· 
Strong project management and process development skills.

· 
Strong relationship management skills.

· 
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including competency in financial analysis.

· 
Experience working with sales and engineering resources is a plus.
