Finance Analysts in Compensation Finance space manages the e2e process from Quota Setting activities to appropriately accruing Sales Commission. You will get in-depth understanding of Sales Plan design, how Sales Quota is determined and assigned, how each Sales Rep's performance is assessed, ensure that we comply with the SOX requirements and manage the Commission Reports. You will partner with colleagues across functions and countries to work thru each of the deliverables.

This role provides you with vast learning opportunities in a dynamic environment. In a typical day as a Financial Analyst, you would

·  Support Quota Planning and Analysis, engage with country and Region/GEO finance in working thru the Revenue to Shipment Conversion and Comp Uplift proposal for Quota planning.
·  Manage and support overall Commission Forecast and Accrual process, incl. review with country finance analysts, BU Finance and WW Sales Finance leads
·  Plan and facilitate monthly discussions with Country analysts managing Sales Commission Accrual
·  Manage Commission Reporting monthly and Quarterly Submission according to SOX requirements, ensuring Compliance
·  Sales Bonus Program Payout Tracking, Accrual and Cross Charge
·  Provide moderately complex financial analysis of Compensation impact for an initiative or Strategic Direction the Company is driving
·  Identify opportunities for process improvement and engage in the design for such.
·  Provide mentoring and guidance to Country analysts.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
·  Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
·  Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
·  Strong analytical skills with attention to details
·  Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
·  Excellent communication and influencing skills.
·  Superior teamwork skills
·  Strong business acumen.
