Specialist position responsible for E2E financial support for the PointNext Delivery country support in the Northern Europe geography. Main areas of responsibility are PN Delivery corporate reporting, analysis and decision support for the Northern Europe Delivery business.
In your role, you will be directly supporting the PN delivery operations in Northern Europe (selected countries), the Geo Finance function and WW Delivery finance.

Responsibilities include:

·  Month End Close and forecast deliverables according to scheduled deadlines and AFM;  
·  Analyzing and interpreting financial results and forecasts (variance analysis, forecast accuracy, P&L impact at country and geo level); 
·  Providing meaningful bridges and narratives in the required format and within deadlines;
·  Providing accurate and timely financial information to country management, including control of spend level, allowing effective decision support and business planning;
·  Providing input to key business and financial guidance to the organization (budgeting and forecasting);
·  Identifying and handling of critical financial and business issues;
·  Helping to validate the labor rate values and support to the GPP process;
·  Representing the finance Delivery function on business and/or finance calls;
·  Working with cross-functional teams on service costing and reviews;
·  Effective communication with the WW Delivery Finance and Geo finance;
·  Support for WW driven corporate financial projects.

Education and Experience Required:

·  First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
·  Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
·  Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
·  Strong analytical skills.
·  Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
·  Strong communication and influencing skills.
·  Excellent teamwork skills
·  Good business acumen.
