The primary responsibility of the Employee Enablement technical writer is to provide document writing, editing, and coaching related to HPE Pointnext Business Processes. This role is a key enabler for ensuring achievement of required outcomes related to customer/business support processes.

How you'll make your mark:

·  Perform check grammar and adherence to HPE quality guidelines for all documents.
·  Provide technical review of Business Process documentation, including Processes and Work Instructions.
·  Adhere to HPE standards and style document and templates, scripts, style sheets and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel. Interfaces with cross-function areas as a member of the product development team.
·  Assist in the onboarding of new teams or business segments as it relates to review of their documentation.
·  Assist process owners in the development of Business Process Management documentation as required.
·  Assist with the review and approval process as needed for process documents.
·  Partners with the overall Employee Enablement team to apply a structured approach across Delivery businesses.
·  Partners with the broader HPE Pointnext Services Partner organizations on related technical writing needs. Includes servings as liaisons into HPE Corporate Quality communications.

About You:

·  Strong verbal communication and written English language skills
·  Development/documentation of business processes
·  Microsoft suite, including MW Word, MS PowerPoint
·  Brainshark experience a plus (not a prerequisite)
·  Strong organization and coordination skills
·  General knowledge and understanding of business working practices and operating environments
·  Strong communication and analytical skills
·  Eye for detail and attention to quality
·  Ability to work and collaborate virtually
·  Willingness to do some work outside of normal office hours as deliverables require.
·  Ability to digest and summarize large volumes of content          
·  First Level University degree
