Responsibilities

·  Acts as Process & Project Owner within the Sales Comp Data Process Team for S4Global Data
·  Scope: Monitor S4 data flows defined under NGIT program for any region, but predominantly AMS during S4 deployment wave(EAP)
·  Deliver data analytics on S4 sourced transactions
·  Define and rolloutRollout related S4 monitoring processes tofor Sales Compensation Operational teams.
·  Provide process and subject matter expertise on S4 / Sales Comp logics
·  Work on continuous Process improvement related to Data Monitoring and deliver and update process documentation
·  Stakeholder engagement with: HPE IT, IT vendors, Sales Comp internal stakeholders (Management, Process Owners, Theatre Leads), Global Operations teams and Functions outside Sales Comp – e.g.  BI Team, Order Mgt, Finance, Channel Data Management, Master Data Management, HR
·  Improving own qualifications and process skills through:
·  participating in projects aimed at improving process knowledge,
·  participating in trainings,
·  self-study,
·  knowledge sharing between team members
·  Keeping very good relations with internal customers, co-workers and management
·  Active participation in the team’s activities, ensuring work atmosphere based on principles of team work and mutual respect in order to achieve best possible results
·  Immediately escalating to the superior (Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager) any observed anomaly
·  Understand and ensure compliance with HPE data privacy rules
·  Compliance with ethical standards of the company (‘HPE Way’) on a daily basis and with confidentiality rules (files, systems, documents, software)

Process Ownership Responsibilities in detail

·  Defines effective and compliant process and sub-process flows in synch with end-2-end process definition for the data area assigned and drives ongoing Process improvement & optimization.
·  Subject Matter expertise and data analytics for the process area (Monitoring) assigned: Understand and provide expertise on the purpose and relevance of the process area in the context of the end-2-end sales compensation processes and data flows
·  Provides detailed and up-to-date Process documentation for training and communications
·  Data Process owners may own assets or selected capabilities of an asset or focus on analytics
·  Ensure processes integration and data flow across multiple systems across functions and departments to secure end-2-end sales value chain and end2end Sales Comp credit processing. Process interlock with Order Management, Finance and Partner reported or Business provided data (etc).
·  Ongoing process monitoring through defined KPIs (key process indicators) and metrics
·  Immediately informing the superior of any problem occurring during current task performance, failure to meet metrics and terms agreed.

Innovation - Project Management tasks and collaboration with IT teams

·  Drives Capability development for Data Monitoring with various IT groups (Sales Comp internal developers, HPE IT, DSX IT)
·  Understands NGIT IT systems architecture design and detailed business requirements for IT innovation solutions
·  Defines User acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and UAT data requirements, UAT coordination, participation, signoff
·  Close collaboration with Sales Comp Innovation Team
· 
Collaboration with Global Operations and other Functions

·  Collaborates closely,  shares expertise and delivers trainings with operational delivery teams
·  Support transition of Process activities to operational delivery teams
·  Owns operational oversight of Process execution, escalation management, metrics oversight & follow-up and tuning process execution documentation.

Education and Experience

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT Management or equivalent
·  Typically >5 years’ experience in IT / Business processes 

Knowledge and Skills

·  Excellent analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
·  Focus on details, accuracy and structural approach
·  Skillset and tools to manipulate large data volumes (critical)
·  Data base knowledge & Data Base query languages of advantage
·  Process Improvement Skills (Lean Six Sigma Certifications –Yellow/Green beneficial)
·  Exposure in past roles to medium/large projects (critical) or Project Management Skills and Tools (beneficial),
·  Experience designing, implementing and improving business processes
·  Sales comp and/or sales experience is critical: Be able to understand working model, environment and business scenarios of a Sales Person. Understanding of and experience in interpreting sales commission plans.
·  Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
·  Team player who enjoys knowledge sharing and knowledge exchange
·  Good documentation skills and proficiency in visualizing complex topics
·  Experience in multiple business process areas (eg. Order Management, Data collection from Partners, Pricing etc) of advantage
·  Flexibility to coordinate global and cross-regional teams, stakeholders, WW functions. Leadership to align multiple stakeholders to common agreements
·  Solid financial and business acumen
·  Independent way of working and self-starting approach
