Job Description:

   

Lead HPE Hybrid IT platform Beta programs, coordinating the build, ship, support, and return of Beta units.

Prepares HPE’s new products for the Beta Customer Evaluation Program. Configures both H/W and S/W options, as well as, tests Beta Customer evaluation systems prior to shipping to customers for their evaluations. Provide ongoing technical support to customer requests during the beta evaluation period.

Responsibilities:

·  Configures systems for use in our Beta Customer Evaluation Program.
·  Ensures systems are functioning and tested prior to shipment to customers who will be evaluating them.
·  Provide ongoing technical engineering support throughout the beta evaluation period.
·  Partner with R&D and Marketing teams for program and customer requirements.
·  Collaborates with other internal team members and communicating customer provided feedback to them on evaluation experiences.
·  Drive improvements into current and future design

 

Education and Experience:

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
·  Minimum 2 - 4 years experience in a technical support environment

 

Knowledge and Skills:

·  Ability to solve technical issues on HPE’s Servers and products.
·  Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
·  Ability to efficiently facilitate cross-team deliverables
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams at a technical level
·  Ability to carry up to 40 lbs as needed from time to time

U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident (green card holder) required.
