Summary
The resource will be integrated in the Gucci Change Management Team. He/she will have the opportunity to learn about the Change Management and Transformation World in Gucci, playing a key role in ensuring Transformation projects/programs meet objectives by increasing employees’ engagement and adoption. He/she will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures, working on Change Steering and Monitoring, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Analysis and Training. The resource will have the opportunity to work in an international environment collaborating with different business teams at Gucci and Kering level.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Understanding of major business goals and change priorities for the programs/projects assigned
·  Running the change impact analyses, assessing change readiness and propose and implement key actions to support the change
·  Supporting the design and implementation of the 5 Change Management Actions per each project/program assigned (Change Steering and Monitoring, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Impact Analysis and Training) in collaboration with the different business and projects teams
·  Performing ad hoc analysis and prepare specific documentation
·  Measuring benefit realization and the achievement of results and outcomes

Requirements

·  University degree in Economics or Engineering
·  Experience: 1-2 years
·  Previous experience in a Multinational Company or in a Consultancy Firm will be considered a plus
·  Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
·  Solid analytical skills
·  Fluent in English
·  Genuine interest in Luxury and specifically in Gucci
·  Good interpersonal and communication skills
