Summary
Role mission

Main mission of this role is to support the process of allocation and replenishment of customers’ orders, booth Retail/e.Com and Wholesalers, starting from merchandising received in central warehouses from production.
The person in charge of this process has the responsibility to control that allocations to the markets are in line with several strategies of the company: Financial, Sales Department, Merchandiser.
Moreover, the role will support the transition to new system and distribution model, in agreement with the evolution of the luxury business of the next years.
The role will be in staff to a senior Supply Chain Order Allocation Planner.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Allocation and planning of merchandise to direct and not direct channels, on the base of several KPs: target stock, coverages, sales, commercial priorities
·  Detailed allocation of newness to prepare the launch of a new collection with the proper balance of looks and sizes
·  Rebalancing of stock between direct not direct customers according to the objective of the company
·  Validation of target stock level for the specific merchandise category of responsibility
·  Daily collaboration with Production Department, Order Entry, Customer Service, Warehouse in order to optimize the process of allocation
·  Reporting and monitor of the performance of the stock, so to provide feedbacks to several area of the company and to guarantee the correct productivity of central stock

Key Requirements

·  Previous experience in the same or similar position are preferred but not required
·  Bachelor’s degree in managing engineer, economics, statistics or related fields
·  Strong analytical abilities
·  Experience in using Office package: Word, Windows, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools to produce report and KPIs
·  Experience in using ERP tools (AS400 or SAP) is a plus
·  Strong team-working skills
·  Detail oriented and extreme accuracy
·  Collaborative skills
