Summary
Role Mission
We are looking for a Back Office Assistant for our Store in Malpensa. Through the passion for the brand and professionalism he/she will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the store’s coordination activities
He/she will ensure that excellent service is provided to the store staff and effective communication is maintained with departments and external providers to the store.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
· Process and report the daily banking from the previous business day to the store management team
· Update “end of day” reports – sales figures&footfall
· Prepare and update weekly/monthly sales staff KPIs reports
· In charge of clienteling reports activities, working closely with Store Management
· Distribute daily post
· Complete any other administrative tasks as required by the Store Management team
· Support the store management in planning the team rotation
· In charge of updating the boutique notice board, in agreement with the store management team
· In charge of stationery and staff uniform orders
· Collaborate with different internal and external stakeholders (Store Management, Corporate Offices, Providers, etc.)
Key Requirements
· Master degree
· Highly committed to Gucci brand and strong passion for opportunity presented
· Fluent in Italian and English
· Analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
· Details oriented
