Manages working progress of production. Liaises with suppliers, workshops and our organisation to meet deadlines. Oversees production planning, monitoring and material availability.

Job Description

How you will contribute

·  Product and Supplier data management
·  Participate in the customer orders’ analysis in collaboration with the merchandising team
·  Compile the production launch
·  Process purchases orders
·  Draw up the production progress along with suppliers (via shared web application) for normal and special orders
·  Collaborate with the Quality Department to ensure quality standards are maintained in the production phase
·  Manage all logistical issues in collaboration with the suppliers until the finished product re-enters the warehouse
·  Pick up production surpluses
·  Manage reorders in collaboration with the Merchandising and Customer Service teams
·  Collaborate with the Costing and Pricing Department to ensure that information on industrial cost is properly managed
·  Take part actively in the activities related to show room and sales campaigns
·  Collaborate in the management of merchandise assignments to the customers

Who you are

·  At least 1 year experience in the luxury goods production process
·  Experience in managing relationships with suppliers
·  Technical product knowledge in the textile sector
·  Good knowledge of the international commerce rules and regulations
·  Good knowledge of MS Office and AS400
·  Proficiency in English
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Problem solving
·  Proactivity
·  Team working and good relational skills
